Accountabilities & Essential Functions

Ensure Mouser meets or exceeds customer expectations by maintaining quality and accuracy.

Strictly adhere to all posted procedures.

Maintain acceptable attendance based on the Mouser Absence Policy and arrive on time.

Demonstrate a positive, team‑oriented demeanor and accept other duties as required.

Actively cross‑train in other areas as required.

Ensure a safe working environment by following safety expectations and housekeeping requirements; notify management of any hazards or violations.

Interact effectively with individuals and groups inside and outside the organization.

Demonstrate teamwork through effectiveness with co‑workers, willingness to work overtime, sense of urgency, ability to work unsupervised, flexibility, and overall quality focus.

Follow appropriate area procedures.

Report any procedure violations to management.

Maintain a professional, neat, and orderly work area, preserving product quality.

Maintain ESD control for the area, as applicable.

Attend team talks regularly.

Represent the company professionally.

Provide customer‑service excellence.

Support and participate in the company’s total quality process, including continuous improvements.

Key Job Accountabilities

Scan product and bin barcodes.

Match supplier part number and quantity to system information.

Verify that parts in the bin are the same as parts to be stocked.

Rotate parts to maintain first‑in, first‑out (FIFO).

Use the Warehouse Control System to find alternate locations when necessary.

Move fast‑selling parts into premium locations and slow‑selling parts out of premium locations.

Makes shelf adjustments.

Help other functional areas, such as stocking.

Skills & Certifications

Proficient with a computer, handheld computer or iPad (preferred).

Accurate counting, matching, and simple math.

Strong reading and understanding of instructions in English.

Strong quality and productivity orientation.

Able to maneuver in 36" wide aisles, stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, grasp, push, and pull for 10–12 hours; reach, lift, and carry products weighing up to 40 pounds from ground level and up to 2 ft. (using stairs and ladders).

May be trained to operate a powered industrial truck (wave, forklift, pallet jack) (preferred).

Evidence of regular attendance.

Ability to work overtime and weekends.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior warehouse experience preferred.

Stock Control Associate – Logistics Level 1 is considered entry level.

Trained in material handling.

Product moves systematically; cart to cart / cart to shelf.
