In this role, you'll engage directly with union members who request information about their benefits: Handling inbound and outbound calls Scheduling and hosting appointments (phone or virtual) Conducting presentations to explain available benefits Completing required paperwork and documentation Ensuring quality control and accuracy Participating in leadership development opportunities Qualifications
