Responsibilities

Work with functions (Engineering, Procurement, AIT) and suppliers to connect their Level 3 schedules

Consolidate and issue level 1 and 2 schedules for all projects from the Telecom & Navigation Portfolio

Identification and tracking of critical paths

Tracking progress versus planning

Implements schedule changes

Manages the schedule margin/float

Key Performance Indicators for milestone achievement

Preparation of the reporting to be delivered to the End customer

Planning and tracking of MGs, and other domain milestones from Finance, Develop, Source, and Fulfil

Consolidate multi-project views with the backlog and future projects in order to help identify clashes in facilities, resources issues, and industrial capacity issues, and support Stock Management

Be an actor in Projects Schedule Control Board, to assess any impact and identify the need for recovery

You will report to HO Multi projects Industrialisation (TSTPI). This role will involve occasional travel for business (once a month) worldwide and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

Experience in the space industry would be a plus

Experience in Lean management

Expertise in scheduling (Unified Planning tool, Primavera, and MSProject)

Adaptability, and rigour

Analytical mind

Leadership

Language skills: Fluent in English
