Schedule & Compensation

Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 4:00 pm until finish.

Different warehouse roles available (Pickers, Order Selectors, Palletizers).

Some roles require 1 year or more of PIT experience.

Position Purpose The Warehouse Associate moves and tracks all inbound, outbound, and stored products within the warehouse. Offloads, stocks, selects, and replenishes products.

Responsibilities

Receive all inbound merchandise and locate proper pick location.

Restock order pick and flow lines to prepare warehouse for order selection.

Ensure placement of product in sufficient quantities to accommodate routine or special demands.

Maintain attention to detail across balers, aisles, racking, floors, door pits, and other assigned areas.

Transfer merchandise from the receiving area to its appropriate location.

Consolidate merchandise into picking containers as necessary.

Packs products securely in cartons and totes.

Apply shipping ID and mark cartons/totes with truck run and stop number.

Ensure safe and efficient movement and tracking of inbound, outbound, and stored products within the warehouse.

Maintain inventory integrity by adhering to system processes.

Pull orders according to sequencing on delivery route/run list.

Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed.

Perform end‑of‑shift tasks such as charging power equipment and verifying completed work.

Maintain orderly workstation; return supplies and merchandise to assigned locations.

Follow all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines.

Ensure work area is safe and report any unsafe conditions and act immediately.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Must be able to work schedule/assigned times and required overtime.

Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.

Capable of lifting, stacking, and pulling products off shelves up to 10–35 pounds, generally 60–90 pounds at various heights.

Comfortable working in multi‑temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).

Capable of obtaining certifications for powered equipment such as forklift operation.

Pass post‑offer drug test and criminal background check.

Entry level; full‑time employment.
