Home Improvement Service Technician

to support our

Knoxville market . This role focuses on

warranty work and service repairs

for our installed

baths, windows, and doors

- providing quality solutions and a great customer experience.

What you'll do

Perform

basic warranty service and repairs

on residential

bath, window, and door

installations

Repair

windows/doors , including

sash replacement

(as needed)

Complete

minor plumbing repairs

related to bath/shower installations

Perform light

carpentry ,

general cleaning , and related service tasks

Occasional

drywall/painting touch-ups

as needed

What we're looking for

Ability to use common

power and hand tools

Strong

customer communication

skills

Solid

time management

and the ability to work independently

Quality-minded, dependable, and professional in customers' homes

Schedule

Full-time

Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Occasional Saturdays
