Assist attorney in preparation of immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions. Draft, review, and prepare legal documents for visa types such as E‑1, E‑2, E‑3, H‑1B, L‑1, O‑1, TN, EB‑1, EB‑2, EB‑3, I‑140, PERM Labor Certification (ETA‑9089), AOS (Adjustment of Status), N‑400 Naturalization filings, and family‑based Adjustment of Status filings. Manage a caseload of visa matters utilizing case management software. Communicate regularly with clients regarding procedural and case processing issues. Analyze case documents and prepare immigration applications for filing and RFE responses. Draft petitions, applications, and specialized support letters detailing eligibility for visa classification. Learn procedural and processing requirements for various types of visa petitions. Conduct legal research on immigration regulations and procedures. Work closely in a team environment, while building knowledge of firm and client processes. Contribute to the efficient and effective operation of the firm’s workflow. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent). Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional immigration environment. Demonstrated client service focus.
