This role offers a long term assignment in clinical operations within medical devices, combining hybrid working from Diegem with frequent site travel.

As Senior clinical research associate you manage clinical study activities at assigned sites for medical device projects. You ensure high quality data collection, regulatory compliance plus strong site relationships from initiation through close out.

Own day to day site oversight, timelines plus deliverables, acting as the key link between study teams plus site staff

Patient safety and data quality Monitoring and compliance Documentation oversight Stakeholder collaboration Required competences & skills

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing or related field

Typically 4+ years relevant CRA experience with recent monitoring work

Strong knowledge of GCP plus clinical site processes

Medical device experience is an advantage

Ability to manage multiple site priorities plus tight deadlines

Comfortable travelling up to 80 percent of working time

Fluent in English, Dutch is required, French is an advantage

Strong written communication, stakeholder management plus influencing skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel plus PowerPoint

Industry certifications such as CCRA or similar are an advantage
