Commonwealth Hand and Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic outpatient clinic team. Position Physical Therapist
Salary:
$80,000-$95,000 BOE
Full Time:
M-F 8am-5pm
Clinic Location:
Lexington, Kentucky
Sign on Bonus:
$5,000.00
You’ll Achieve Success By
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide variety of musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and sports-related conditions.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and patient goals.
Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients on self-management techniques, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications to enhance long-term recovery.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
Provide guidance and mentorship to support staff and assist with ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Previous outpatient experience preferred, but not required.
Passion for providing high-quality patient care with a focus on personalized, hands-on treatment.
