Responsibilities
Support Physical Therapy teams in delivering comprehensive rehabilitation services.
Conduct therapeutic exercises and mobility training under supervision of licensed PTs; implement treatment plans, gait training, transfer training, balance and strength activities, neuromuscular re-education, and pain management modalities.
Accurately document patient progress, outcomes, and any changes to the plan of care.
Communicate with PTs and care coordinators to optimize discharge planning and follow-up.
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety strategies, and activity modification.
Ensure safety, infection control, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Skills Qualifications are implied by the role responsibilities and settings, including experience in orthopedics, neurology, geriatric, and pediatric rehabilitation. Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation with a weekly pay range of $1,600–$1,712, guaranteed hours of 40 per week. Start date: 12/26/2025, for a contract lasting several weeks with potential for extension. Some placements include a sign-on bonus and housing assistance. Expand contracts to gain broader experience.
