We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team of Operation Support Agents.

Responsibilities
Receiving drivers and ensuring smooth handover of shipments and materials
Accepting and verifying undelivered shipments, and placing them in the correct designated location
Scanning inbound and outbound materials from drivers using internal systems
Accurately entering shipment and material data into our tracking system
Collaborating effectively with your team, supervisor, and other operational departments
Following FedEx operational procedures, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Good communication and social skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines
Ability to manage own time effectively with attention to detail
