Pay Range The pay range per hour is $23.75 - $40.40. Pay is based on several factors including labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.

Visual Merchandising Responsibilities
Plan daily/weekly visual workload to support sales goals, events, and promotions.
Execute weekly visual assessments and partner with leaders to improve store visual execution.
Evaluate and guide the execution of visual standards across the total store.
Support company visual merchandising strategy and In‑Store Marketing across all pertinent areas.
Validate visual presentations in partnership with leaders.
Set overhead spotlights and adjust displays to highlight key merchandising.
Resolve merchandising issues and adjust sets with leader guidance.
Teach team visual standards, signage, affordability strategy, and creating inspiring visual moments.
Maintain backroom organization and keep current signing tools.
Communicate and support team onboarding, continuous learning, and close skill gaps through training.
Demonstrate inclusivity and equitable experiences for diverse guests and team members.
Follow safety policies, report hazards, and maintain safe work practices.
Greet and engage guests, providing welcoming service.
All other duties as needed by business.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
1–2 years of visual merchandising experience.
At least 18 years of age.
Business acumen and creativity to inspire guests and drive sales.
Strong understanding of trend and style reflected in our brand.
Ability to lead and influence store teams to follow processes.
Operational skill with handheld scanners, technology equipment, and multiple devices.
Independent work and teamwork.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to remain focused and composed in fast‑paced environment.
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays.
Additional Expectations
Access all areas of the building to respond to issues.
Operate work assist vehicle (WAV) and pallet jack.
Read and interpret instructions, reports, and information.
Handle cash register operations accurately as needed.
Use ladders as required.
Move merchandise safely, lifting up to 44 pounds.
Maintain mobility throughout scheduled shift.
