Overview Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center – Emergency Department (experienced). Up to $15,000 bonus. Full time with benefits.
Responsibilities
Perform competent level of nursing care using the nursing process.
Assess, admit, and round on patients.
Administer medications.
Communicate with family members.
Provide overall care and coordination of patient care.
Qualifications
Previous emergency department experience required.
Must hold an RN license valid in Virginia.
Education: RN Diploma, ADN, BSN, or MSN.
Must have ACLS, BLS, PALS, or NIHH certification or maintain applicable specialty certifications.
All Direct Care RNs required to have BLS within 90 days of hire.
Compensation & Benefits Base pay: $30.38 – $55.38 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premium shifts, and bonus opportunities.
