Retail Customer Experience Coordinator – The TJX Companies, Inc.
Join our team as a Retail Customer Experience Coordinator and help create an exceptional shopping experience for customers at Marshalls, TJ Maxx, and other TJX stores worldwide. You will lead a store front team of associates, drive customer loyalty programs, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment.
Responsibilities3>
Promote an excellent customer experience and uphold the company’s culture of honesty and integrity.
Lead by example, engaging customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
Train, mentor, and coach front‑end associates on customer service, merchandising, and loyalty program promotion.
Assign registers, support POS coverage, and coordinate breaks for all associates.
Address customer concerns promptly and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
Ensure associates execute tasks according to the store plan and prioritize activities as needed.
Communicate priorities and progress to management and associates, providing constructive feedback.
Partner with management on training needs to increase effectiveness and compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures.
Promote credit and loyalty programs and support store shrink reduction initiatives.
Maintain a safe environment and promote safety awareness.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
Awaited: availability for a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
Strong communication, organizational, and multi‑tasking skills with attention to detail.
Ability to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
Team player who works effectively with peers and supervisors and can train others.
