Our client, a leader in industrial manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the production of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully within the organization.

$15/hr
Shift:
Mon-Fri, 7AM - 4PM
What's the Job?
Operate and monitor production machinery to manufacture silt fence products
Load uncompleted parts and offload finished components efficiently and safely
Perform quality checks and read tape measures to ensure product standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
Work overtime as needed to meet production goals
What's Needed?
Recent industrial or manufacturing experience preferred
Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn machine operation
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs manually, with no lifting above shoulder height
Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
Willingness to follow all safety procedures and policies
