Office Supplies: Maintain and order office supplies as required (Quill)
Mail Responsibilities
Pick up Mail
Sort and distribute mail inhouse
Building Work Orders/Access
Angus System - place work orders for engineering and or janitorial
Symmetry Connect - Employee access cards/access point
Ace Parking - Employee parking transponders
Basic HR Admin: Basic HR admin support functions as time dictates
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (not mandatory but adds value).
Experience
1-2 years of experience in hospitality, office administration, or facilities coordination.
Experience in a corporate office environment preferred.
Familiarity with ordering supplies, managing vendors, and coordinating meetings/events.
Basic knowledge of HR administrative processes is a plus.
Skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
