Juvenile Justice Case Manager
Status:
Salaried/Exempt
General Description Under general supervision of the Program Director, provides services to assigned Agency consumers and their families in the home and community, providing instructive counseling activities, assisting with treatment goals, and working to develop positive relationships while serving as a constructive role model and mentor.
Reporting Relationships This position reports directly to the Team Supervisor.
Qualifications (required At Time Of Offer)
Bachelor’s degree in Human services field.
Prior experience working with delinquent youth, at risk youth or families with multiple problems.
Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation.
Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, with “regular” business hours set by the Agency.
Agency consumers and/or provide crisis intervention as required.
Prior experience with Microsoft Office and related applications or other IBM-compatible word processing program.
Satisfaction of all employment eligibility and Agency hiring requirements.
