DC Maintenance Technician C – 1st shift, Pay Rate $22.30/hr
Jackson, TN – Distribution Center – Repair, maintain, troubleshoot and install equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and support site improvements.
What You’ll Do
Troubleshoot and problem solve equipment issues.
Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment as necessary.
Participate in the improvements of site equipment to maximize productivity.
Assist with major repairs/rebuilds on facility and other equipment.
Exercise necessary precautions to ensure personal safety and safety of others.
Maintain clean and orderly work area according to the 5S principles.
Work in a team environment.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of all assigned work orders.
Uphold 5S standards.
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
Who You Are
Industrial Maintenance diploma or Technical Certificate plus 2 years’ experience, or equivalent education and experience.
Ability to read electrical/mechanical prints and schematics.
Ability to understand and follow computer software.
Moderate mechanical and electrical understanding.
Working knowledge of pneumatics, electronics, hydraulics and mechanics.
Strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently or in a team setting.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Good communication skills.
