Reporting to the Operations Manager, a Logistics Associate will engage with customers, offering exceptional service while building lasting relationships. Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, and organizing merchandise, ensuring items are stored efficiently and displayed according to standards. Duties also include maintaining a clean, safe environment, executing price changes, and preparing eCommerce orders for shipping. Key Responsibilities
Engage with every customer encountered and offer world class service by leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors. Accurately receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of merchandise. Organize and label received merchandise in the stockroom, ensuring items are stored efficiently and accessible for easy restocking. Unbox, tag, and display merchandise on the sales floor according to merchandising standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized back‑of‑house and sales floor area. Execute all price changes and merchandising bulletins.
