Medication Partner (Part Time)
Location: Olathe, Kansas
Starting wage: $18.00-23.00 per hour
Shift Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 7:00 am – 11:00 am

Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities offering differing levels of care—including independent living, assisted living, and memory care—in 34 properties across six states (Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Illinois, Ohio, Arkansas). Responsibilities
Serve as an Advocate of Empathy: foster human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.

Ensure the proper administration of medication.
Maintain medication carts and proper record‑keeping.
Be proactive in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Qualifications & Requirements
At least 18 years old.
Appropriately certified per state guidelines; certification must be active and in good standing.
High‑school diploma or equivalent.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Mature interpersonal skills to work effectively with co‑workers.
Fluency in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English with residents.
Positive, energetic attitude; love for residents.
Computer skills for printing documents and entering resident information.
Active role: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to lift or move items up to 50 pounds frequently.
Ability to assist residents for sitting, standing, and walking, including after a fall.
Criminal background check cleared.
Good health, physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
Health screening performed by a physician no more than six months prior to or seven days following employment; must pass a tuberculosis test at time of screening and annually thereafter.
