Principal Accountabilities
Operate equipment, augers and pre-breakers
Maintain cleanliness of floor scrap combos inside and out after loading
Assist and monitor augers
Ensure safety and compliance
Perform essential housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and shoveling, even in challenging conditions, to ensure a sanitary and safe environment for all
Required Qualifications
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need of a Visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older
Preferred Qualifications
Previous Cargill Experience
Experience working in challenging conditions
Willingness to work in areas with animal by-products and strong odors
Operational knowledge of manufacturing and production equipment
Comfortable with physically demanding tasks including lifting, standing and repetitive motion
Please note that this position does not include relocation reimbursement
