Physical Therapist, Inpatient Therapy – PRN/As Needed
Join ProHealth Care as a Physical Therapist, providing inpatient therapy on a PRN basis. Location: Waukesha Memorial Hospital.
Job Details Job Type: Days – 1st Shift Weekly Hours: As Needed Schedule: Weekends only, minimum of one full weekend per month. No holiday requirements. Shift hours: 7 am to 7 pm depending on shift and hospital location.
About the Department The inpatient physical therapy department operates three locations at Waukesha, Oconomowoc, and Mukwonago hospitals, completing over 2,000 inpatient visits monthly. Clinical staff cares for patients with orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular, and medical diagnoses and provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy.

What You Will Do • Evaluate individuals referred for physical therapy services. • Establish a physical therapy diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of treatment. • Re‑assess ongoing effects of treatment. • Collaborate and provide consultation to others in care delivery. • Supervise physical therapist assistants and aides.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher.
Current State of WI Physical Therapist licensure.
Current BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
At least one year of related therapy experience preferred.
