Overview The Part‑Time Nurse Practitioner in Gastroenterology provides comprehensive patient care under physician supervision in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and diagnose gastrointestinal and liver conditions.
Review diagnostic tests.
Develop treatment plans.
Prescribe medications.
Educate patients on disease management and lifestyle modifications.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Nursing.
Active Texas NP license.
National certification (FNP, AGNP, or ACNP).
At least one year of NP experience, preferably in gastroenterology or internal medicine.
Work Schedule Two 8‑hour days weekly, with potential for additional shifts.
This in‑person role requires physical stamina, teamwork, adherence to standards, and the ability to manage clinical documentation accurately.
Relocation Relocation to Snyder, TX required before starting.
