Registered Nurse (RN) - NOC Shift Opportunities with $1/hr Differential! Gardnerville Health and Rehabilitation Center is looking for compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our exceptional team! We are currently hiring for full‑time and PRN roles, with a particular need for night shift coverage.

Available Shifts

NOC Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (includes a $1/hour shift differential)

Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM

PRN openings available for those seeking flexibility

Essential Functions

Supervises nursing care to residents

Complies with state and federal regulations

Works collaboratively with members of the healthcare team

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (required)

Current licensure in the state of employment (required)

Demonstrated knowledge of nursing process, particularly as it relates to geriatric residents, long‑term care, and rehabilitation
