Responsibilities
Provides individual, group, and family therapies as well as case management services.
Recommends and implements general therapeutic interventions for individual clients and overall program development.
Functions as the therapist for patients and families with the psychiatrist as clinical team leader.
Additional cross‑training/work functions in Utilization Management, including completion of certifications with insurance for hospital stays.
Conducts clinical interviews and recommends to patients and family levels of care consistent with presenting treatment needs.
Plans arrangements for aftercare, including safety planning.
Licensure required (PLPC/LPC/LMSW/LCSW for the State of MO).
Assists the Intake Manager in planning, coordination, and evaluation of all daily activities of the Intake Department, including triage of emergency and non‑emergency calls and conducting intake assessments.
Monday to Friday schedule, 4 pm – midnight.
Job Requirements
Less than 1 year relevant experience.
Provisional license – various.
Master's Degree.
