Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17 per hour
Responsibilities As a Retail Customer Service Clerk, you'll be the go-to contact for customers and internal teams. Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer service inquiries via fax, email, and voicemail
Processing returns and maintenance orders
Generating reports and collaborating with sales representatives
Performing various call center-related tasks
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of customer service and/or administrative experience
Strong digital literacy and comfort working with computers
