Pay : $22.25/hr Location : Glastonbury, CT Opportunity : Weekly safety financial incentives; full 10 hours pay per day even if fewer hours worked, based on performance, reliability, and safety scores. Training : New bilingual training available (English and Spanish). Paid training provided. Schedule : 10-hour or 12-hour shifts; full-time and part-time opportunities. Responsibilities
Deliver Amazon packages in a safe and timely manner, maintaining safe driving practices at all times. Obey local and state laws, road rules, and company policies while driving. Provide excellent customer service, even in stressful conditions. Physically handle packages and equipment; may lift, load, and unload up to 50 lbs. Enter/exit vehicle and navigate multiple delivery locations, including stairs, during shifts. Use a company-provided smartphone to clock in/out, scan packages, follow GPS routes, and communicate with supervisors. Assist team members with deliveries when required. Demonstrate pride in being safe, efficient, reliable, and customer-focused. Qualifications
Authorized to work in the United States Valid driver’s license (CDL not required) Lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs Customer service requirements Age 21+ for insurance purposes No experience? No problem — paid training provided Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation & Benefits
