LPN House Supervisor
Rate: $32 - $34/hr. (depending on experience)
Shift: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Supervise:
Oversee nursing staff, ensuring quality care delivery and compliance with state and federal regulations. Will be the main point of contact for UC, Cart Nurse and CNA
Direct Patient Care:
Administer medications, treatments, and care plans, prioritizing the health and well-being of residents.
Collaborate:
Work closely with the interdisciplinary team, residents, and families to create a personalized care experience.
Mentor and Train:
Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, fostering professional growth and teamwork.
Monitor and Document:
Maintain accurate records of resident care, treatments, and progress using our advanced documentation systems.
Problem-Solve:
Address clinical issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring continuity of care and optimal outcomes.
