We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Birmingham, AL. We are looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor is compassionate, has excellent communication skills, and is a team player who enjoys working with others on their health and wellness goals. Who we are Our integrated office has proudly served our community through high quality care for almost 10 years and due to our fantastic reputation for providing individualized care, we continue to expand. At our integrated multidisciplinary clinic, with a Nurse Practitioner and chiropractors, we uncover the missing pieces for our patients' health challenges and address issues that go beyond surface pain. Our modern practice uses advanced diagnostic tools to pinpoint the root cause of problems and provide targeted treatments for optimal results. Duties
Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
Take and review Digital X-rays, write reports
Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
Patient education as to diagnosis, 1‑1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle/nutritional modifications, take‑home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
Treatment‑Chiropractic Care‑adjustments, Diversified Technique, Full spine, Extremities, Soft tissue/PIR/PNF, Therapeutics, rehab and various therapies and modalities
Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
Request Testimonials and Request Referrals
Verify Daily Charges and POC Conversions
Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care and decision making
Regular reeval to ensure treatment goals are being met‑reassessments
Maintenance of the clinic space and help oversee Operations
Requirements
Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
Active Chiropractic license in AL
Schedule
Mon‑Friday with office hours ending at 2 on Fridays
Salary (Range)
$80k‑$90k + Bonuses (potential to make over $100k)
