Overview Sentara Home Care Services is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as an LPN.

Location & Shift Location: Williamsburg, VA

Work Shift: First (Days)

Position Status: Flexi (PRN)

Responsibilities

Serve as patient advocate in the prevention of illness or disease

Provide care and treatment for patients and clinical support and teaching for patient and family members

Customer service, testing, medication administration and the implementation of nursing interventions and care plans

Support a holistic approach to patient care

Education

Trade School Graduate (Required)

Certification / Licensure

LPN License (Required) - Active in Virginia

BLS (Required within 90 days)
