A well-established accounting firm in Parsippany, NJ, is seeking an Audit Manager with a strong focus on healthcare clients. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with partners, lead complex engagements, and develop deep expertise within a growing and highly specialized industry group.

What You’ll Do
Manage and lead audit engagements for healthcare organizations, including:
Long-term care, behavioral health, and other provider organizations
Oversee audits, reviews, and compilations from planning through issuance
Ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and relevant healthcare regulatory requirements
Address complex accounting and reporting matters, including:
Revenue recognition
Cost reporting and reimbursement considerations
Internal controls and risk assessments
Supervise, mentor, and develop audit seniors and staff
Serve as a primary client contact, building trusted advisory relationships
Collaborate with tax and advisory teams to deliver integrated client solutions
Who You Are
CPA required
5–8+ years of public accounting experience, with a strong emphasis on audit and assurance
Prior experience serving healthcare clients strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
