We are looking for a
School Clinician
to support students at
Granite Academy , a strength‑based day school serving middle and high school students whose social‑emotional needs impact their learning experience.
Responsibilities
Work individually and in small groups with students to support academic, vocational, social, and recreational activities.
Provide tailored therapeutic support and crisis de‑escalation, managing student dysregulation within a structured, trauma‑informed school therapeutic milieu.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and outside agencies to promote student engagement and goal‑setting.
Support classroom management efforts and help prepare students for independent living and academic success.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., social work, counseling).
Licensed or licensed‑candidate status preferred (MSW, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC).
Strong communication skills and knowledge of adolescents with psychiatric, educational, and social‑emotional needs.
Experience working in a small, multidisciplinary team and with a diverse population.
Ability to collaborate effectively with outside agencies and parents.
Background and driving record checks will be performed.
Compensation The pay range for this position is
$50,000
to
$75,000
per year.
