Responsible for developing and maintaining team shared services analytics to effectively and efficiently measure performance and enable the team to anticipate issues and develop proactive solutions for internal partners. Serves as the liaison between Shared Services and other HR service delivery lines to include the COEs and other HR Shared Services partners. Provides employee and management counseling, assists in the interpretation of Human Resource policies and procedures.
