Incite Tax - Learning & Development Coordinator
Location:
Draper, UT - with potential for hybrid
Salary:
$22/hr to $25/hr (depending on experience)
Overview Our client, Incite Tax, is seeking a detail‑oriented Learning & Development Coordinator to support internal training, onboarding, and learning documentation. This is an entry‑level, support‑focused role ideal for someone early in their career who is interested in growing within Learning & Development.
In this role, you will help maintain training content, coordinate onboarding and internal training activities, and support the day‑to‑day operation of the Blueprint training platform. You’ll work closely with team members and department leaders to ensure training materials are organized, accessible, and easy to use.
This position focuses on coordination, organization, and execution, rather than owning learning strategy or designing complex instructional programs. Training, tools, and templates will be provided.

Responsibilities / What You’ll Do
Track and support Blueprint requests from department heads and supervisors.
Assist with onboarding by providing Blueprint training to new hires using approved materials and workflows.
Meet with department heads and team members to walk through existing Blueprint functionality, training materials, and processes.
Learning Content & Documentation
Use Adobe Captivate and the Learning Management System (LMS) to update and maintain Blueprint learning content based on provided standards.
Support the creation and upkeep of accurate, engaging training materials using existing templates and guidelines.
Maintain clean, accessible documentation for Blueprint training materials, SOPs, and internal resources in shared systems.
Coordination & Communication
Ensure Blueprint requests are tracked and updated within 2 business days, escalating blockers as needed.
Collect feedback from team members regarding Blueprint usability and training effectiveness.
Provide at least monthly updates to the supervisor on Blueprint activity, common questions, and recurring issues.
Continuous Support
Respond to employee questions related to Blueprint training and access.
Help balance Incite processes and training with team member experience by identifying gaps and flagging opportunities for improvement.
Take feedback professionally and incorporate updates or expand items appropriately.
Who We’re Looking For / Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Comfort using workplace software and systems (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, internal platforms).
Experience with Adobe Captive preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow established processes, and meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn new tools and grow within Learning & Development.
