As a Security Officer - Government Campus Patrol in Modesto, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients at government facilities. Your presence and routine patrols will support a secure atmosphere while providing outstanding customer service and communication.

What You’ll Do
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and suspicious behavior.
Observe and report security-related incidents and hazards as required by site policies.
Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and the public while on patrol.
Support Allied Universal and client staff in maintaining a welcoming and orderly environment.
Follow all post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management.
Minimum Requirements
At least 6 months of security‑related experience.
Customer service experience preferred.
A guard card or license preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background investigation and drug screening as required by law.
Licensing requirements subject to state or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
