Responsibilities
Own delivery of BY WMS Support projects as a Lead.
Define/review solutions, design documents, configuration aspects, test scripts, interface documents, etc.
Provide product implementation expertise including system architecture design, application functionality and design, development, testing, and deployment.
Communicate all project issues related to system architecture design, application design, development, testing, and deployment.
Review and deliver on‑time and high‑quality project deliverables.
Be a good team player with flexibility to work with offshore team during early mornings and late evenings, shifts, and weekend support expected without additional compensation.
C2H Perspective (once hired)
Participate/drive RFP (pre‑sales) process and drive WMS related aspects in the RFP process.
Participate in COE development activities.
Mentor the functional and technical consultants on an engagement.
Drive Gen AI and Automation use cases in the project.
