The Parts Coordinator is responsible for developing, maintaining, and interacting with new and existing customers to service and increase the company's customer base and to achieve parts, sales, rental, and service goals.
This position is for our Springfield, MO location.
Responsibilities
Assist walk‑in customers and callers with counter parts sales and technical support.
Prepare and process paperwork for parts transactions.
Sell and order parts.
Enter transactions into the company's business system and ensure accurate invoicing.
Assist answering branch telephone calls as needed.
Other Responsibilities
Oversee daily operation of the branch office.
Work with customers on quoting and invoicing service work and rentals.
Work with suppliers ordering parts, diagnosing service, filing warranty claims.
Open work orders, track labor and parts, dispatch technicians, close work orders.
Open, maintain, and invoice rental contracts.
