Position Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – full‑time and part‑time positions committed to providing the best life and care for our residents.
Responsibilities
Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents
Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
Medication administration
Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies
Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy
Qualifications
LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State
CPR Certification required
Two Years prior nursing experience preferred
Background Screening This role requires Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening. https://info.flclearinghouse.com
