Responsibilities

Coordinate communication and alignment between HQ, subsidiaries, distributors, and external partners involved in online marketplace activities.

Collect, validate, and consolidate marketplace performance data such as sales, stock, campaigns, and KPIs on a regular basis.

Prepare and maintain recurring reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and management reviews.

Support HQ in monitoring progress of global marketplace initiatives and help identify operational or reporting gaps.

Assist in the preparation and coordination of projects such as new marketplace launches, process harmonization, and tool rollouts.

Maintain documentation, guidelines, and trackers to ensure transparency, process visibility, and consistency across markets.

Help ensure that regional marketplace operations follow HQ defined processes, while implementation responsibility remains with local subsidiaries or distributors.

Coordinate with regional agencies and stakeholders to ensure alignment with Curaprox brand standards and global marketplace guidelines.

Your profile

1 to 3 years of experience in digital commerce, business coordination, or marketing support, ideally in an international setting.

Excellent analytical skills and a strong command of Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data visualization.

Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio is an advantage.

Clear communication, confident coordination across teams and time zones, and reliable follow‑up on deadlines and deliverables.

Fluent in English, written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.

Structured, detail‑oriented, and proactive, with a knack for creating clarity in complex stakeholder setups.

Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment that requires precision, adaptability, teamwork, and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
