* Train fellow staff in the use of the department's Operations Management System, and other systems as needed.* Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.* Operate and control the actions of equipment, machinery, and tools used in performing job functions.* Maintain a high level of professionalism with both internal staff and external representatives.* Perform other duties as needed or assigned.* Knowledge of asset and work management system software.* Knowledge of ERM and financial system software.* Knowledge of personal computers and basic office software, including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.* Knowledge of GIS software and geospatial concepts.* Knowledge of budgetary concepts.* Skilled in problem solving and analyzing data.* Skilled in verbal and written communication.* Ability to work in a team by supporting others and contributing to team efforts.* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks with limited supervision.* Ability to work inside (office environment) andoutside (field environment).* Ability to operate a motorized vehicle, and valid class C driver license.**Qualifying Education and Experience:**Associate degree, plus two years progressive experience in Parks and Recreation or asset procurement or asset management, or any equivalent combination of education and/or experience.### Introduce YourselfIf you do not find a job that suits your experience, we welcome you to introduce yourself so Human Resources may be able to guide you to other opportunities.
