Advanced Practitioner - Family Medicine
SSM Health Dean Medical Group is actively recruiting an experienced, full‑time Family Medicine Advanced Practitioner to join a team of 5 physicians and 1 APP. In this role you will have the opportunity to hold your own patient panel. Prior primary care clinical experience is strongly preferred.

Your Qualifications
Experience as an Advanced Practice Provider highly preferred
Primary Care experience is a plus
Current PA/NP licensure in Wisconsin
Family certification required for NPs
Graduation from an accredited PA/NP program.
