Department/Position Overview We are currently seeking Registered Nurses for our Beacon Award winning 16 bed General Intensive Care Unit. The most common diagnosis on this unit are myocardial infarctions, life‑threatening dysrhythmias, cardiac post‑procedures, gastrointestinal bleeds, acute respiratory distress, vascular surgeries and general surgeries with complications.
Education
Associates, Bachelors, Masters, or diploma in the Nursing Field required
Certification/Licensure
Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing
Basic Life Support (BLS)
ACLS
NIH Stroke Scale
Experience
Must have 2 or more years of recent acute care hospital RN ICU experience
