The Role Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and schedule to meet all program objectives. Ensures major project and program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups (finance, engineering, material, manufacturing and quality). Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts. Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project‑management techniques to gauge progress, identify performance variances, and facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.
Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of relevant exempt experience
Master’s Degree and 1 year of relevant professional experience
Equivalent qualifications may include:
NNS Apprentice School graduate
Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate
Associate’s Degree or other formal 2‑year program plus 2 years of relevant exempt experience or 4 years of relevant non‑exempt experience
Military pay grade E‑5 or above
High school/GED plus 4 years of combined manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, military or other relevant exempt experience
High school/GED plus 8 years of combined manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, military or other relevant non‑exempt experience
Nice to Have None specified.
