Join our Team! Shift: Monday-Friday, 12pm to 830pm

Position Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on various aspects of the business including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and refrigeration equipment to meet required regulations

Perform building related installation and maintenance including, but not limited to furniture assembly, data/power installations, plumbing and lighting repair

Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of property by painting and refurbishing areas

Repair, maintain/monitor all equipment and amenities

Monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications

Keep areas clean and organized, including cleaning dock levelers, dock bays, pressure washing building surfaces, cleaning HVAC systems (interior and exterior) maintaining a clean maintenance department

Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED with 2 plus years of related experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification
