Position Requirements

One year with a professional apartment management firm or equivalent experience.

Strong knowledge of HVAC.

Working knowledge of grounds/common areas.

Appliance repairs, service requests, and apartment preparation.

Able to attend on‑call after‑hour emergencies at least 3 days out of the week.

Attend all Ovation Property Management maintenance training.

Working weekends will be required; must have reliable transportation.

Drug testing required and background check is mandatory.

Dependable, punctual, proactive and must work well with others.

Enthusiastic and with a positive attitude.

Required Certifications

Universal HVAC EPA certification.

CPO (swimming pool) certified within 90 days of employment. Company will pay for testing if not currently certified.

Driver’s License (Preferred).

HVAC Certification (Preferred).

Schedule

8‑hour shift.

Weekends as needed.

Salary $21/hr
