Job Overview:
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in conveyor systems and facility maintenance, seeks a Tech 2 Equipment Maintenance to support the Operations team. You will maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems, perform preventive maintenance, and assist with new equipment installation.
Responsibilities
Manage and troubleshoot conveyor systems to ensure optimal operation and safety.
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and conveyor equipment to identify issues early.
Assist with installation and setup of new machinery and equipment.
Document all maintenance activities accurately and adhere to safety standards.
Required Skills & Experience
High school diploma or GED required.
3.5 to 5 years of hands‑on experience managing conveyor systems.
Experience troubleshooting voltages and electrical systems up to 480V.
Strong mechanical, electrical, and control skills.
Flexibility to work the third shift (11:30 pm – 6:30 am) and weekends, including overtime.
