This is an independent, production-focused operations role supporting address research and data accuracy initiatives. The associate will research returned mail items, identify updated customer address information, and ensure records are accurately maintained across multiple internal systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work independently in a high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities
Research internal systems to identify updated or alternate customer addresses Process returned mail items, primarily related to credit card accounts Verify and update address information with a high level of accuracy Navigate and work across multiple internal applications simultaneously Meet established productivity and quality benchmarks Document findings in accordance with operational procedures Required Qualifications
6+ months of operations, processing, or administrative support experience Strong computer skills, including
10-key proficiency Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational and time-management skills
