professional certificate Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy Current and active NC Physical Therapy license Graduation from an APTA-accredited physical therapy program Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (New grads welcome) Eligible for full-time, part-time, or per diem employment Skills: Up-to-date knowledge of physical therapy treatment practices Desire for continuous professional growth Ability to adapt to varying patient temperaments Professional, compassionate demeanor Strong interpersonal and communication skills Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Educate patients and caregivers in an accessible, compassionate manner Collaborate with rehab team members and contribute to department initiatives Support professional development and quality improvement within the clinic Assist with patient care planning and program development
