What You’ll Do
Clean and sanitize all areas of the cultivation and production facility, including floors, walls, equipment, and workstations
Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and sanitation procedures to ensure product safety and compliance
Safely mix, handle, and store cleaning chemicals and supplies
Maintain cleaning logs, checklists, and other documentation for compliance records
Dispose of waste properly and ensure designated areas remain organized and hazard‑free
Support production teams by keeping all spaces clean, safe, and efficient for daily operations
Identify and report maintenance or sanitation issues to leadership promptly
Adhere to all company safety, PPE, and hygiene standards
What You’ll Bring
Previous sanitation or janitorial experience required (manufacturing, food production, or similar environment preferred)
Cannabis industry experience a plus
Strong attention to detail and pride in cleanliness
Dependable, team‑oriented, and able to follow SOPs and safety procedures
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to work in Florida

Comfort working in production or cultivation areas with plant material and strong odors
Manual dexterity and attention to detail for cleaning high‑touch and sensitive equipment
Flexibility to work evening or overnight shifts (4:00 PM–12:00 AM or 12:00 AM–7:00 AM)
PPE required depending on task and department policy
