As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical, coordination, and administrative duties in support of the human resources and non‑profit departments. Maintain a clean, organized reception area, greet guests professionally, monitor door access, and manage incoming calls Support hiring and onboarding by opening requisitions, attending job fairs, assisting with new hire paperwork, badging, and orientation Coordinate and deliver compliance training, book and set up training rooms, and maintain accurate training records and reports Assist with non‑profit group coordination, including event‑day check‑ins, placement, supervision, contract tracking, and Salesforce communications Provide administrative and game‑day support, elevate HR and non‑profit issues as needed, and ensure adherence to company policies More about you
Previous administration experience required Detail oriented with superior problem‑solving skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with constantly changing priorities Strong communication, analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for inventory and analyze reports Availability to work all Packers home games and special events Physical requirements
Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Shift details
