Responsibilities

Ensure GXP documents are retained per global record retention requirements.

Manage site interface with global Central Index of Company Records system to ensure all GXP records are appropriately inventoried.

Ensure appropriate access to records, routine legibility checks performed per procedure, and records are maintained on site according to regulatory standards.

Serve as primary interface with external archive service provider, ensuring records are archived, stored, and maintained according to regulatory and global standards.

Determine when records are available for destruction and ensure appropriate records are maintained for destruction processes.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 0+ years of experience; OR associate’s degree with 4 years of experience; OR high school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Requirements

Ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Self‑directed and able to make risk‑based decisions.

Expertise with word‑processing and spreadsheet software.

Ability to interface with multiple levels of people in the organization, including plant personnel and external vendors.

Physical/Mental Requirements Job duties involve occasional lifting (less than 35 lbs.), reaching, and sitting while working at a computer terminal.

Work Location: On Premise.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $58,500.00 to $97,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
